13 Celsius is a very intimate atmosphere. With limited seating, parking, and menu options (mostly consisting of cheese boards). The vibe is relax, drink a couple glasses of wine, and snack on some lite foods. One of my favorite things about this restaurant is the staff; they are friendly, accommodating, and had great recommendations. Their patio is very quaint and if available, my preferred choice in seating. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I would like to see more menu options and maybe a happy hour.
