Don't bother calling, they do not answer. However they are open and it's a nice bar in a beautiful setting. The outside seating is just lovely, while the inside seating is nice with a few TVs for games. Atmosphere is welcoming and simple. Amazing prices with a basic bar menu. We had wings, mozzarella sticks and the chicken wrap. All good. Portions are smaller but the value is there. Will definitely go back.

So happy to see 1823 open again! The patio is lovely; food is good and reasonably priced; and the service is outstanding. And, the cocktails--the Seminary Spritzer is the best, most refreshing cocktail I have had all summer! Highly recommend!!

The cocktails are amazing and the service was even better! The outside fire pit and heating patio has such a nice atmosphere and ambiance. Really recommend it!
