I enjoyed my experience at 1838 Grill . Our waitress Dannielle , was very nice, listened to everything we had to say suggested certain things on the menu & even though they were not to our pleasing she was very courteous made sure our drinks stayed full. Constantly checking to make sure everything was okay . In my opinion I think other waitresses are to take notes from this young lady here.
In the past almost everything we had was great. Tonight the service was excellent as usual. However the meal was extremely disappointing. Nothing we had was good. The onion rings were so over battered they were very hard on the outside and couldn't eat. The catfish was very thin and had a very thick batter which we had to remove to eat the very thin piece of fish. The potatoes tasted warmed over from Christmas, the...
