This has to be one of the WORST 7-Eleven I have been to!! Came in during lunch to get some Hot Cheetos with cheese which I ALWAYS get that and PAY 1.00 dollar extra for the Cheese no problem!! Manager ANDY is the worst!! He has NO customer service experience!! He had the guts to tell me in front of other customers that cheese is not free (which I knew) and then started saying that cheese is so expensive it should be 4 dollars extra! Laughing with other customers, I mean come on what manager does that?! I confronted him and told him I need to speak to the owner because I knew he was the manager that's when he didn't know what to say started saying "Oh machine doesn't work" Dude you were making fun of other customers in front of us how can a manager do that? Honestly if you are reading thins you know who I am and I told you i will be calling the owner. You seriously need some management classes, if you do not want customers getting your cheese put a sign up like i told you! Or put a sign up extra...
