Store is always filthy. Husband worked there for two days, got the worst training of his life. The owner, Ann Marie, likes to blame the litterbug customers for their rat problem, when actually it's the mounds of garbage in the front and back store with rotting food and slurpee cups lying around that are the problem. My husband was cleaning out one of the trash cans, when he found mold behind it, literally growing on the floor.Anne Marie, who interviewed us both, blamed lazy workers for her own poor organization. Says workers think they are "high and mighty". She doesn't give a lick of respect, let alone any consideration, for people's experience. Instead saying you can "work yourself up".Nobody wants to manage, let alone work, in your store when you're paying them bottom of the barrel, especially when they have experience. Talk about highly disrespectful. Not to mention the fact that people who are veterans at the store haven't worked their way up, because there's no place to go at Ann Marie's 7-11

Set on an angled lot that does provide some inconveniences when both parking and fueling, this location is less than ideal for those needing fuel or in need of a quick shopping experience. This problem was exasperated by a fuel truck supplying the station with more fuel, as it blocked two pumps and a majority or the parking lot.Just as other downtown Richmond stations, no public restroom is offered.

I am not sure how this place used to be years ago, but currently it is a nice 7-Eleven with gas pumps. This spot is always super busy, but you can't blame the store for being situated in a prime location with easy access for cars and pedestrians alike. I've usually had friendly service from cashiers, and the store is clean and well stocked.
