I WAS HAVING A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS STORE UNTIL THE OTHER NIGHT 12/12/2021 around 6:59pm .WHEN I HAD MY HUSBAND GO TO THIS LOCATION TO BUY 2 PACKS OF NEWPORTS. THE CASHIER WAS THIS HEAVY FEMALE MAYBE LATINO DECENT . IT WAS A MISTAKE WITH THE PURCHASE on her end. AND MY HUSBAND RECOGNIZED HER MISTAKE. AND Went back to the store to address the Issue . The vulgar language that came out her mouth ! PROFANITY & Threats was totally unacceptable.( whole time I was on the phone hearing everything)!! He ask her for a refund THIS Cashier told him it will be replaced back to my Credit card in 30 minutes & here it is 4 days later and I haven't received any thing back . That Cashier really need to be pulled from that store and be taught in a class of how to have acceptable mannerism/ customers service with dealing with any customers period. As for myself I also work for a Cooperate Office ( So customersservices is a must for any businessof any sort to grow??? . If this dosent get resolved I will go to higher officials on this matter . Now I can say it was a nice Young Gentleman with dreads there that night .And he tried to resolve the matter .He should be promoted of being a supervisor.for that location. Tha...
