The owner and the store manager of the 7-Evelen Convenience store chain located on 5201 Chamberlayne Ave, Richmond, VA 23222 allow business as usual, instead of closing this store for a day, while my brother bleed to death and died in the parking lot in front of his 18 month old son at this store.
