It's your basic neighborhood 711. Most of the employees work there just to put food in their families mouths and their customer service reflects that. You also have a lot of ESL employees so expect a language barrier. Out of every 711 I've been to, this is by far the best managed I've seen in the area. So I'll start with that. Now for the bad parts. Every now and then, we get an employee like this lady here. I'll call her "Rip-Off-Rachel". I came in for a hot food item. Specifically, some breaded chicken bites on a skewer that the store usually has out around dinner time. I normally pay under $5 for 5 of them on 1 skewer and a cup of ranch. I get to the counter and not only is this lady sitting down with her mask hanging off of her face like she is too good to be at work in public, but when I asked her for a bag of chicken bites in the hot case assuming that they were the ones that I usually buy on the skewers (they are the size of chicken nuggets from McDonald's, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out those aren't strips), it's like it was a bothersome chore for her to even move from the spot she was sitting. I watched as she rang up every quarter sized bite of chicken as $1.49 and when I questioned her on the staggering $18 price tag for a tiny sack of 10 pieces of chicken nuggets, I told her that they are usually sold in groups of 5 like the other small bite fried items in the case and she told me that I was wr...
