I love slurpees I love easy access and the fee free ATM but I bought 8 $10 scratch tickets for people at work and after my boss won $50 he tried to cash it on and the ticket was invalid!! All the tickets were invalid. When I tried to go back I had one of the loosing tickets from someone else to show them they are invalid and I was told I have to get the winning tickets bring them in and they will give me the winning prizes which ok fine at least people will get what they won... I have to get a $20 winning ticket from KENT!! I don't have time so I will just Cash app her the winnings amount. When I asked what about the other $50 I spent on bad tickets I was told they don't matter since they didn't win!! But that's not the point I was sold invalid tickets that no one could actually play!! I don't just want the winnings I want tickets everyone can play!! I feel like I was ripped off! I almost don't even want to go to 7-11 for slurpees anymore either!

How is this even allowed to still operate by the franchise?! You go there and they close randomly at random times. Once I found the store closed with the cashier outside in the car smoking some weird stuff!

7-eleven is 24hrs but this store is closed between 2am to 4am and the guy is working old man is so rude
