I stopped going to this 711 because of the negative atmosphere and nasty service, but I had to make a stop there because every other store is out of walking distance. I was hoping the service would have improved since the last time I was there, which was months ago, however it only got worse. The cups had no lids to them and when I mentioned this to the workers, they just said “don’t worry” and shrugged me off. You also have to ask for straws behind the counter because they refuse to leave them by the drink fountain for some reason.
