There is an elder man who is employed here with a very bad Customer Service Skills,rand a very bad attitude bad cashier experience skills. I asked for a return and he said he didn't know how to do it and that the manager would be there tomorrow. What employer would not train his employee to give returns or the difference on something when overcharged. Do you really think a manager is going to say oh , if you need a return just tell them to wait until tomorrow and when I come in I will do it for them. Imagine how many people would be waiting for a return the next day. This elder man was very rude and disrespectful and couldn't handle an easy situation and made it difficult . Every time that I have walked in there he has presented himself with a bad attitude as if I the customer bothers him if he doesn't want to work at a job where you have to deal with people than he shouldn't be working there. Doesn't he know every stores motto Good Customer Service must come first always. Apparently, he should take a class on good Customer Service. I like it here. I used my rewards and the man was nice. The only thing was, one time I went they didn't have my mocha coffee they usually had- machine was broken. But otherwise, easy accessible location and the rest of the items are stocked pretty well.

Just went in for coffee. Have never seen a 7-Eleven this nasty!! Disgusting. I threw my cup away and walked out! West Main Street in Alhambra.
