Great concept and vibes. A DJ has a chill “dinner set” from 8:30 - 10:30, and then the place turns into a dance club at 10:30.I highly recommend sitting at the bar and ordering one of their innovative cocktails. Island Queen was a great tiki cocktail, and the Moroccan was an amazing bourbon cocktail served in cinnamon smoke. However, skip the food. Too expensive for the quality/quantity of food. For $20 we got a small salad, and I was still hungry after the $40 pasta.

Good food. Bit overpriced drinks. But the 3* go to the fact that they brought us the desert with the bill, clearly forcing us to go. Would have liked to stay for another cocktail or so, but they needed the table

As we ate and watched many people go in and out over the next hour and a half, many tables were available in the main restaurant and continued to be avail when we left. I heard the restaurant was known for their spirits and that they had a plethora of wild cocktails to order. I ordered one called the love potion or something like that. It was the most basic cocktail I had during my Aspen experience. The salmon crudo was delicious as was as the Barolo red wine. I could go very detailed of our experience, but to the heart of it- we ordered the brussels sprouts, a fish dish, and a brand new ricotta gnudi dish with lobster tail. I am a big fan of lobster and looked forward to having those chunks of lobster meat in my dish. When we received the dish I immediately went to the lobster tail and took a bite. It had the c...
