5 stars because I like the vibe in there and the limited menu looks fire.That said, and coming from dc and Philly food scene so do with that as you must, the Italian sandwich was ok. Lacked in a few areas: 1) needs better bread, way too soft. If you go to angelos which has the best Italian in Philly or capos in DC, the bread makes the Sammich. I’d like to see 8 1/2, a place with those kinds vibes and I hear good pizza, try their hand at making a sesame crunchy outside, soft inside bread. 2) needed more peppers, and needed oil and vinegar for added flavor. I added Mayo and glad I did because without it would’ve been pretty rough to get through. 3) meats were pretty good and sliced thinlyI will also say it’s quite a bit smaller than my favorite one at Pops.Still, 5* for these guys. I respect what they’re doing and hope they’ll get there with a bit more added effort

Love their eggplant sauce spaghetti and their tiramisu. I only wish they had more vegetarian options without cheese.

It's great food and everyone is super nice, my only problem it's really expensive, it pushes me to go elsewhere just because it's so pricey.
