Felix provided excellent customer care in the bar area. Burger was cooked exactly as we wanted. Fries were hot. Overall good experience.

worthless franchise restaurant, the manager wanted to do an I.D check because we had ordered cocktails. fine no problem, after I had shown my Passport, Mr. the manager wanted to take my passport back to check it in a book??! After I had indicated that I was not okay with this, his mood changed. I received my I.D. tossed back and from there it only went downhill we were served cocktails with hardly any alcohol in it, then we got cold starters that we sent back. then we had to wait an hour for the main course while there were almost no other customers. When the food finally arrived the steak I ordered medium was really overcooked. so we also sent this back. in brief: A worthless business with a worthless manager, do you like 99 restaurants? then avoid this one and drive on to the one in Wareham, where the customer is really king.
