Went for lobster weekend with the upgrades included in price. The seafood chowder was not creamy as described, in fact it had more of a thin flour and milk taste (uncooked). The French fries were undercooked also and cold. The lobster roll was soggy with what tasted like water even though the waitress stated it was prepared in butter. I have gotten the lobster rolls for years. They have changed in the last couple of years by not being prepared in butter. The fish tacos were sparse of fillings and served with plain white/gray rice. They had a choice of only 1 petite dessert available or ice cream. The waitress was very pleasant and accommodating. I realize she can not control what comes out of the kitchen. I have been to many 99 restaurants and have been very satisfied. This is not the case for the Colonie, NY one. Will not be returning to this restaurant.
