I'm Chinese and 998 Sichuan used to be one of my family's favorite dinning places. They were the only place in my area offering traditional Chinese cuisine besides all those sameness Americanized Chinese, but ever since the change of owner and cook the food quality/quantity have dramatically dropped. We started going less often and ordering takeout instead until last week I was told that my food does not come with write rice and I need to pay $1 for it, the first time I heard such thing at a Chinese restaurant, very interesting and bye bye forever.
