First time visitors and we absolutely loved it. I got the mac and cheese and my plus 1 got the depot spaghetti. Highly recommend!

Not my thing to give bad reviews. This is my first. Contacted the manager, Kathy, to let her know of an issue - her response, “how is this my problem?” I’m stunned! My parents took myself and my kids out to dinner and then two of my friends and their children also sat next to us. At the end of our meal my dad picked up the tab for my friends table as well. the server Carissa, decided to combine the bills. My dad paid, left a cash tip which I handed to Carissa. It wasn’t until A week later when my parents realized going through credit card receipts that the tip for the meal was automatically on the bill, therefore my parents tipped 2X. Giving the restaurant the benefit of the doubt and not assuming the server did this intentionally I called the restaurant to see if there was someway Kathy could make it right and encourage my parents to try this restaurant again , my suggestion was to give my parents a $20 gift card. This was my parents first time there, I have been going to the Abington depot since 1999. Owners comment , “how is this my problem?” You are in customer service! this is your problem! I had the receipt I could’ve come in and giving her documentation and she could’ve looked it up but apparently it’s not her problem. I let her know that I would not be going back to her establishment and that I would be letting others know as well. Mistakes happen - she should have fixed it.
