Hands down the most ridiculous dining experience of my life. Went for a date night with my husband and our two friends to Abridged Beer Company. Everyone received their dinner after a LONG wait except for me. About 15 minutes after their food arrived, we finally got our servers attention, asked if my food was coming, and she said that she would check. She never returned. We asked another server to check on the order. He came back to tell us that my food “must have gone to another table,” but he assured us that the next burger up was coming to me. OVER ONE HOUR LATER, watching 7+ burgers go to different tables, and a discussion with the “manager”, my burger showed up... the manager decided to comp my food. When asked what they planned on doing about the horrible experience, laundry list of excuses from our rude server, and over 2.5 hour wait for all of the food to show up, the general manager and cook/ owner (who never even came out to apologize) said he would do nothing more than take my can of Diet Coke off our bill. We paid over $60 for a blood boiling experience. I will never spend another dime with this establishment, and urge you to do the same.
