After reading the reviews is was skeptical. But I like to make my own decisions. Me and my family went here for dinner and it was great. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were big. Service was also on point. The only thing I would say is change the music to Italian or something more soothing and dim the lights a little. Other than that it was top notch.

Very nice room. Fun place. However, in our opinion, food was so-so, seasoning was blah and portions too small for the price. Ordered the Branzino special and kind of had to search for the fish filets under the mushrooms. Overall, just an okay dining experience with a large price tag.

I love Acquolina. My personal favorite is the gnocchi, as it makes you feel like you are eating clouds. In the summer, they have a truffle menu that is life changing. Truffle left and right, which is always fresh and ample- they're never stingy. I have tried so many pastas - the garganelli, the bolognese gnocchi, the CACIOEPEPE, the carbonara, and more, and none have disappointed. The pasta is significantly better than the pizza though. The food is expensive, but that's how Aspen is - it's on par for the town. The staff is nice, and they're very attentive. Strong recommend for Italian in Aspen!
