We love Lou Malnati pizzas. However we tried the Crust-less sausage and were disappointed. It was salty.Will stay with the regular pizzas

I ordered online for curbside pick up, I waited out there for more than twenty minutes went inside asked if they were doing curbside, the employee said no, and I said how was I suppose to know that if noOne notified me. She said she did notify me and I asked how she said by phone when I made my order. I made my order online she said “oh no, we haven’t notified any online orders” The kids that work here don’t have the simple common sense to tell the long line outside that there’s no curbside. Even a paper with permanent marker could be outside telling someone. I turned around and let the people know and no one had any idea that they had to go in. Ridiculous

Ordered 1 medium deep dish pizza for delivery tonight. It came 15 minutes past the quoted delivery time which is annoying but not a deal breaker. The pizza was also luke warm but again not the main issue. The real problem was the delivery driver who called and asked what apartment I was in (I made sure this was included in my delivery address and checked it was on the receipt) next he asked me to meet him downstairs when the delivery instructions specify to bring it upstairs. I obviously told him no and that he had to bring it up so he tossed my pizza box at me. I wouldn't have tipped 20% if I wanted a poor delivery. He should be terminated.
