This place is solid! It's on our regular rotation. The bread is DANGEROUS! Be careful not to over do it...I've had many of their dishes and wine options and haven't been disappointed. Since the Adriatic Cafe in Jersey Village had a kitchen fire back in August 2021 it has been closed. Even though it's scheduled to reopen in late March 2022 going without its food for that long led me to visit this outpost of the small Houston Italian restaurant chain. I recently visited on a Sunday for lunch to this location which is a separate dedicated building with its own parking lot. Immediately upon walking inside I could tell a huge difference in decor as compared to my JV location. This restaurant is very attractively decorated inside giving it an upscale feel. Ha, after all of these years I now see that we have been slumming it in JV! My waiter told me that their new Katy location is even nicer. The menu appeared to be basically the same and I ordered one of my favorites the Tortellini Midi Mio with chicken. First to arrive was the large bread basket and the entree followed in less than 15 minutes. The food here is as good as the JV location and that is a compliment. My dish was large with plenty of delicious pasta, chicken, vegetables and broth. Table service was very good. I really like this nice restaurant and would be happy to return. It serves Adriatics' winning formula of quality Italian food that Is affordable and in this case in an attractive setting.
