I've always heard a lot of good things about Agua Verde Cafe at Portege Bay.  Alas, we are sadly underwhelmed.   The wait and ordering was fine.  A lady was organizing everyone, and we waited in separate groups per order of arrival.  Only fully arrived groups are called in to be seated.  We placed our order at the register by the front door, and were given a number to be placed on the table awaiting food to be delivered to us.   They were out of quite a few menu items, so we ended up ordering the same dish for the both of us. Baja Fish Tacos, $15.50 - 2 Stars Menu:  panko breaded, fresh, wild, WA black cod, chipotle mayo, pico de gallo, avocado, red cabbage with choice of tortilla chips or beans and rice The fish was very small, one piece only, about a short finger size.  The tacos were very dry.  It might have been because of COVID that we were given a single small plastic cup of salsa only (see photo).  The tacos were far too dry without dollops of salsa.  I don't understand the need to individually plastic-cup the salsa.  Just ask the table to choose one type to share.  A friend later told me they...
