I ordered a hibachi plate with steak and asked for medium. When I get the meal I realize the steak is raw and kindly go to the lady working at the cashier and ask if they can throw it on the grill for a little longer. She says: “you asked for medium this is medium, so your telling me you want well done?” I tell her sure and she brings me a new plate. The picture below is of the supposed “well done steak” that they gave me. She continues to swear that the steak is well done even though it’s rare or even medium rare at best. Please go to a different restaurant if u want hibachi. Choo choo is another great restaurant for hibachi near by that is cheaper and knows how to cook steak.

I love Ahi Hibachi and Poke!!! I order from them at least 1-2 times a month. The people there are amazing, the food is amazing, the place is clean. We love to support their business. I highly recommend ordering it going to Ahi Hibachi when in Athens!
