Aikan Sushi & Ramen in Artesia

WOWWW THIS PLACE IS SOOO GOOD!! Definitely the best all you can eat sushi place around!! The salmon was my group's favorite. We preferred the sushi over the sashimi because the sushi rice is good quality and helps break up the fish texture. The rolls are full sized rolls, so don't order too many or you'll get really full!! We ordered some noodle dishes too which were all surprisingly delicious....

Went on a Saturday with a friend of mine for lunch. Parking was kind of a challenge since it was a weekend and it was lunch. Waiter told us they raised prices and we could only share if we got the same menu and we had to pick dinner prices which was understandable. This is a bit conflicting for me. Ratings 1. Food - Fish is definitely not fresh. Not even par with other AYCE Sushi places. I'd rate the quality about a 2.5/5. 2. Service - 5/5. I can't believe how fast they bring your order. They are constantly coming around and cleaning up plates and around if we need something. 3. A bit loud because of the music but tolerable. 4. We had lunch on a Sunday. It was busy but had plenty of tables so didn't have to wait. 5. Parking is horrible. Plan to park on the street somewhere. What sets this place apart is how fast you are able to get your food. Within 5 min of providing our order, we had our 1st orders of food. And they kept coming. It was never difficult to get a server for water, order, or anything. Price for the quality of fish is NOT there. It's just average. I think you're paying more for the service because of how fast you get your orders. I'll come back for that but not if I want to have above average quality sushi/sashimi.
