Tried sushi out the other day and it was very good! I was super nervous in trying this but the waitress gave me some recommendations that I fell in love with. I will definitely have to come over again and try out a more dishes

I love going to Akashi but this last visit really upset me. We asked if they had a highchair or sling that was accommodating for a car seat. We were told they didn't have slings but that the highchair could be flipped upside down and it could hold the car seat. We flipped it upside down and in bold letters it read "DO NOT PUT BABY IN UPSIDE DOWN HIGHCHAIR." An older woman who was working told me "people do it all the time." And I explained that since the manufacturer of the highchair put on there not to, we will not be needing the highchair. She once again said "yeah, no, people do it all the time." I explained again, since the highchair said on it that it doesn't recommend that, we will NOT be doing that. She cut me off and walked away. I'm addition, the music playing was rather... not family friendly. A song came on that dropped the F word multiple times. Our waitress, however, was amazing. I do not remember her name but, she was attentive to us and met our every need!
