Literally, may be the best steak I’ve ever had. Totally incredible. Really appreciated the “old school“ atmosphere as well! Felt a lot like an old-school saloon. :-)

Drove 200 miles from Austin to start a hunting trip, but first wanted a good steak. No one met us at the front door. Walked through restaurant looking for a hostess-none in sight. Walked to the bar. No bartender. There are tables open. Walk back asking who we need to see to be seated. That would be Patty who we found cashing people out. When she was finished, we asked to be seated. Sorry, let me take your name and phone number and when a table is ready, we’ll call you, but until then, go outside. We never got a call. We love the owner, great guy. Patty, not such much. I’ll never go back there.
