Owner should hire more employees. Great food "hands down" but The owner is obviously stressed between running from the kitchen to the cash register to busing tables taking orders and answering phones it makes it a stressful environment to dine in. I would like it so much better if he hired a busboy or another waitress to help out so then he can relax and we can all enjoy our food and it's not so stressful because it rubs off on the customers and obviously it's rubbed off on me. And it's extremely obvious that he's wearing his current employees out, great food hands-down but service is now lacking. If I didn't know it and I walked in his restaurant for the first time I would think that he's never ran a restaurant before I'm so sorry to write this review but it's how I feel
