Alhambra Hospital Medical Center Cafeteria in Alhambra

Went there during lunch. Had a chicken thigh, white rice and a can of coke for $3.25. Very cheap, but as I was sitting down to eat, was told that the cafeteria was for employees only. No signs indicated this, but at least they didn't kick me out.

Some of the best hospital food in socal! I had ribs and mushroom ravioli all for $3.42 ( w/ employee discount). Xavier labeouf agrees.

My review of Alhambra  hospital today is available  today. I just got discharged a few hours ago. About the food.... (Read my review of the hospital. I have much to say...) Ok. It's a hospital, not a restaurant. So I can only say this: 1) I was a recent  patient  here, on an unrestricted  diet for over 2 days, and the food was excellent. Every morning I got to select my own menu for every meal. The menu offered  was varied  and substancial. My breakfasts were juice,  coffee, egg, bacon, toast, an oatmeal, fresh fruit, and salt/pepper/sugar/cream/butter/jam and other condiments are available. If you are placed on a restricted or liquid diet, then in your next life I suggest you excersize more, eat less sugar and carbs and more fruit and veggies, and smoke or drink less, etc ; )  Sorry, I know bad things happen  to good people....
