The food was extremely good and authentic. If thats all someone is looking for then this is a great option. I got the Tikka Masala and was not disappointed. The garlic naan was extremely flavorful as well and I was happy that it was super soft and crispy. The place also offered vegetarian options for anyone with that need. The only thing I would say is that the prices are slightly higher for how much food you get and it varies by dish and the restaurant itself doesn't give super "cultural vibes". All in all though I do recommend this place.

Customer service was wonderful. The host was very sweet and checked on me often.I did come for the buffet, although it was not being served at the time, I decided to stay and order. I've been here before and the food is great. Portions may not seem big but they actually are perfect. Definitely enough for 2 meals. The mild has a nice kick. Not spicy, not boring. It's great. If you're looking for a meal that feels like home, please come try this place.

While not usually open on Sunday, Amar Indian Cuisine was indeed open. It wasn't our first time there and we've enjoyed every visit and had take away more than once. The staff is friendly and more than happy to discuss the food with you right down to the number of bases the chef is using. The food is excellent and the variety carefully planned. You can really tell a distinct difference between the butter chicken and the chicken tikka masala which is a nice change from a lot of the Indian places on the west side. I highly recommend stopping in and trying their food. Even the lunch buffet doesn't detract from the quality! I remain impressed every time I go here.
