Great customer service from Arturo and Veri Food was ok at best

We're staying at the starbridge hotel and this place is right next door. Our server, Arturo always had us beat before we could need anything. The food was yummy, served quick, and the price was decent. I would definitely recommend this place! Warm environment and a full bar :)

We were staying at the Holiday Inn next door (attached), decided to check out the place, especially since the kids ate for free. Service was mediocre at best, and the place was not even busy. I was going to order "buffet" while my son ordered off the kids menu. The server tells me that I should just get the kids buffet for him too, because if they catch him eating any of the food off my plate I will get charged extra. And the buffet is only $5 for kids anyways. Ummm ok?! Seriously? I have a three year old kid! So, like a dumb ass I do it, and then he says he would bring out the pancakes for my son. Well, when the bill came, it was $11.95 for mine, and $9 for the kids buffet. He did minus $4.50 (kids eat free) but I still ended paying for my k...
