I'm from Mississippi and this place is soo good to me but they don't put enough meat on the Philly cheesesteaks so I just add more and this place charges more than I normally pay! But still good and delicious. I request my wings fried extra hard and they know how to do it correctly the first time!

First year or so American Deli cared about the food they put out. It was fresh, quality and personal. Now that time has passed, it is very disappointing. The chicken is very suspect and the customer service is horrible. The lack of substance and flavor in the food is evident. My fries are never completely cooked and the meat always has a freezer burn after taste. I have also seen unsanitary practices. No one wears hair net or gloves anymore.
