Horrible, Horrible Customer Service. Where to begin... I am just so pissed with the over all experience that me and my family had to go through this Sunday evening. The service was outrageously horrible. The host and the bartender were rude and have a bitchy attitude. To sum up- I made a call to the restaurant to make a reservation, the lady said no reservation, first come first serve...understandable. I walked in the restaurant and requested the host, if they can arrange the table for 11. The lady host(with a platinum gray hair) told me that she won't be able to accommodate 11 guest because they can only serve 8 guests maximum in a table. I requested if we can split to 8 and 3 guests, if it is possible and seatings doesn't have to be close to each other but the host said, she won't be able to do that. I even requested, we will pay separately for each tables using 2 different cards. The answer was 'NO.' We just wanted to have a good time.
