The food was actually terrible and so was the service. Not worth cashing in your Priorty Pass benefits. Oh and if your PP is from Amex it doesn’t work

Portions were small and food was over cooked and a bit bland. Also, why is service at airport sit down eateries always so slow, when you know people have to catch fights? ATR does not "disappoint" on that front. It actually boggles my mind why restaurants open airport concessions. You know you are going to have to charge more because of concession fees, so you end up charging higher prices with subpar services, alienating potential customers.

So happy that American Tap Room has reopened in Terminal C again. It's so nice to have a place to just veg and eat while wait for our flight. Now that we have to come to the airport 2 hours before our flight it's a god send to have a sit down place again at the airport. The offerings at the Tap Room appears to be back to pre-pandemic supplies, it is still not fully stocked. For example, I wanted to add the crab cake to my salad but unfortunately it was not available. I then requested the cod, but it was unavailable, So I had to settle for the grilled chicken. It was just ok. Luckily in terms of their draft beer offerings they were fully stocked. So that was a win win. One thing to note though is that there seems to not be enough wait staff for the many patrons so be prepared to wait to order and for your meal to arrive
