went to the America's Roadhouse Express tonight. Usually we get good service and good food, but the last two times we have been there, it seems that we are put on a back burner. What i mean by this is, tonight we placed our order and sat down, half an hour later we still had no food. People that came in after us were getting their food. We went to check on our food, half our order was on the shelf and when we asked about our order they had to hand the cook our order again to get it filled. The food was not cold, but i held the baked potato in my hand, something you shouldn't be able to do. My wife's meal was also the same. before we got done eating, my wife placed a to go order, she asked if she needed to come back up and get it, the lady at the counter, the manager as it turns out, told her that she would bring it to her. We waited again for almost 20 minutes, when again we went to check on it. a...
