I have been consistently impressed with the quality and quantity of food served at Andover Diner. The staff are all friendly, the menu is very extensive, the prices are very reasonable, and the food is excellent.Give the place a chance and I think you’ll be very happy with your decision!

We've visited the Andover Diner in the past and it's a reliable stop for decent food along 206. On our most recent visit, we noted that the prices seem to have increased markedly, which we chalked up to the impact of COVID. That's totally understandable. However, when we went to pay the check, there was a small sign at the register noting a 3.99% upcharge for paying via credit card, with the menu prices being for cash customers. This policy wasn't stated on the menu, where people could read it and then choose their meals based on what they could afford. (Or if it was, it was far from obvious.) It's deceptive to inform customers of this upcharge after they've eaten their meals. Fortunately I had enough cash to cover the check, but I didn't appreciate the diner's attempt to position an upcharge as a "benefi...
