We moved to the area and saw the rating and reviews so we had to try it. We also love bbq. The first time we got ribs to-go via their drive-thru. These ribs had no possible definition of tenderness and the rub was put on fresh which was bizarre. The grainy sugar and uncooked spices were not good. The sides were not fresh. After a year, I gave the restaurant another shot and got the “brisket tips.” This should sound exciting but it was large chunks of the toughest meat ever served to me. As in boiled for an hour tough. I laughed and wondered if I was chewing on bear. It was not edible. Again the sides were not fresh. At this point, I am so offended by that beef that they could not pay me to eat here again. I wonder about the “great” experiences of these oth...
