First of all, I'm from New Mexico and born raised there. The service from Anita's New Mexico Style Mexican Foods is epic failure serve true New Mexican foods. The waitresses are not serving friendly to New Mexican and deaf customer, and that is not how New Mexican restaurants treated the customers. The waitress could not answer my question that I asked for available hot spicy from green or red chiles. The waitress keeping repeatedly said red or green chile, so it is obvious that restaurant don't know anything about New Mexico various levels of spicy chiles. The Spanish Rices is not prepared and cooking appropriate was not done yet. They use wrong kind and quality of cheese, and I have noticed on other customers orders,...
