I'd give this spot 3.5 stars. The takoyaki was hot and larger than usual which I liked but there was too much starchy filling compared to octopus. The sauce I really liked. The volcano roll was good but had way too much sauce which masked the taste of the roll. The chirashi bowl was pretty though seemed like it had less fish than other chirashi bowls I've had in Seattle. The kabuki roll's spicy mayo tasted more mayo than spice so I scraped it off....

Amazing food. The ambiance was wonderful and the staff were awesome. We tried both the maki and the nigri and everything was fresh and delicious.

Nigiri and rolls were tasty, but the sashimi seems like it's been out. it was super soft like it's been at room temperature for a long time. Server got our order wrong and didn't bring our drinks. Overall, the staff was friendly, but probably need to work on some slight details. The food is tasty, but would probably recommend the rolls more.
