Apollo Restaurant in Laurel

I’ve ordered food from here for lunch. Never Again.!! I ordered fettuccine Alfredo, and it had seasoning like Old Bay that instantly made my mouth feel itchy. I called them to let them know a man got on the phone and yelled well it’s your fault you should’ve asked if you have a allergy. I then stated to him I order from the Midlothian location often and I assumed it was the same. He told me it’s the same, and I explained to him it didn’t even smell the same. He was sooo rude and made it seem as if it was my fault. I’ll NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN the food is awful and the customer service is as well.

Common theme, terrible customer service, wrong order, blamed it on the customer. Had an attitude because I didn't want to pay for something I didn't order.

If I could give the West Broad location a negative rating I would; 1 star is generous given the horrible customer service. Placed an order for delivery and was told it would be ready in 45 minutes to an hour. Almost 90 minutes later no delivery or contact from Apollos explaining what was going on which prompted a call on my part. I was advised that I should come in and pick up the order as it had not even left the store. Feeble excuses offered up for it being a busier than normal night. I went to pick up the pizza and not once was there an apology nor any offer of restitution either by offering dollars off or not charging at all. Very abysmal customer service of which we will never go back. I will make sure to tell all my friends and anyone who asks for a pizza recommendation to stay clear of Apollos West Broad
