Marisol is always very friendly and helpful. Her service is consistently top notch and she makes great cocktails! The rest of staff also takes care of us and makes us feel welcome.If you haven't been to Apollo's Bistro, I recommend that you try them out!

This restaurant used to be one of our favorite places to eat. Since coming under new ownership, the change has not been for the better. If they think it is more upscale, they are mistaken. The menu is very limited. Last week, we ordered a spinach salad to start and a fish entree, neither of which was a fancy dish. An hour later we were still waiting for our food, and we were one of only four tables. One couple finally left without eating, and we were ready to do the same, Both items of our order finally arrived at the same time. We no longer wanted the salad. The food was edible but not especially tasty. One excuse offered was that there was a private party outdoors, which we did see. The prices have been raised, and they should make sure that the...
