Not great, no help only one waitress working.

The only thing this Applebee's has going for it is guests are trapped with little choice in the airport. The iced tea was old. The waitress (?) tried to get me to order without a menu. She didn't know what was on the abbreviated menu, no salsa with my appetizer chips. The food was fair. When it came time to pay she didn't know what to do with an Applebee's gift card, then decided they don't accept them here. Should've stopped at Taco Bell.

We normally try not to eat the National Chains but for a dependable Restaurant that offers good food at competitive prices, we like to eat at Applebee's. And at the Richmond Airport, this is our favorite place whenever we are flying out from here. Doris started with a glass of Chardonnay while I went with a tall Sam Adams to go with our hamburgers and french fries. Our total bill came to $ 63. Not bad at all for airport food.
