Went through the drive thru while heading back to Houston. After driving for a good 15 minutes, I noticed I was missing a sandwich. Called, they said I have to drive all the way back to get a refund or get my sandwich that they forgot. The manager said take or leave.

Hey, it was good and hot when we got it. Just need to remember to cut the Arby's sauce off the beef N cheddar. Gee's drop the sauce off these sandwiches, you can add it yourself. Just want to taste the beef n cheese. The turnovers need to be hot when you serve them. Ours appeared to be under a heat lamp, but was cold. Very disappointing. All in all the place was clean and the food came out quickly.
