4 times in row they have forgotten more that two items from my order. The dining room isn’t open so you have to go wait in line again while your received food is getting cold. Pathetic

The service was awful. Absolute worst Arby's experience. Several mistakes and no effort to fix them. A lot of workers standing around talking. Very disappointing.
