My husband and I stopped by on our way home around 7:30pm this evening. In placing order the female person running drive thru seemed to be rushing us in ordering as though there were a long line of cars behind us, there was no one. Placed order for Arby's Double Roast Beef large size meal with Sweet Tea, was informed NO Sweet or Unsweet Tea, Coke, Sierra Mist, OK Dr Pepper no ice and Bacon Swiss Chicken sandwich medium size with Dr Pepper no ice, side of cheddar and 2 apple turnovers, informed NO turnovers either. Pull around to window, paid, 1 drink handed over waited on food and 2nd drink handed over with window slammed...

I've tried multiple times to actually get food from this location to no avail. Every time it seems I go by the store is closed. This time I ordered door dash to find out, they were accepting orders but just not fulfilling them, people were inside and hanging out, just not actually working. I understand if someone is short staffed and needs to close, but at least don't accept orders you won't fulfill.
