I do not understand why when I arrived at Arbys at 8 50 pm, the speaker would not allow me to place an order. The speaker told me the restaurant was closed. Arbys hours are advertised to close at 9pm. I called inside to speak with a manager who told me the system automatically shuts down. Huh? Why would the "system" should down before the restaurant closes? Better yet, what system? This makes no sense. If closing time is 8 50, Please advertise that time. If it's 9 pm, please adjust your system! Simple! Poor customer service. I drove a distance, to arrive by 9pm. Do better!

Really good Arby's food. Roast beef everything. This particular restaurant is very clean and obviously very well managed. I think the night manager was near the register area helping to expedite the orders. Our particular lady at the register was very patient with us, since we had not been to Arby's in quite a while. Did I say the restaurant was CLEAN!!! So back to our awesome lady at the register, she was / is terrific. He name is Deborah and she was accurate with the order and VERY pleasant. She has a million dollar smile. I wish to commend her for her great service attitude. Thank you Deborah!
