Workers eating fries in room that has open view window right before you get to pick up window. Employees didn't wash hands and went straight back to line. Manager saw a couple of them that went back to that room and asked them if they were having a party. What a joke.

Worst Arby's ever...dirty, too many employees and no one in charge. $ 20.00 dollars later we recieved two cold sandwiches. My husband's French dip was missing the cheese. He walked up to the counter and ask them to fix the sandwich. They returned the cold French dip now with cold cheese on top. Not worth a third try. I will never give your restaurant my money again.
