Clumsy sandwiches. Staff hard to understand orders especially those consisting of 2 or more ingredients or adjustment. You feel that you ate talking to robots who have been set before to limited range of thinking!

Over priced and poor presentation. Fries cold and sandwich sloppily made. Arby's reputation is going down in my book. I would love to get the meal I pay for, not some thrown together rushed mess. I usually take back anything that is not right, but with everything drive-thru you're stuck with it. I will not be visiting any Arby's for a long while if ever again.

They were very busy, and still had our order ready in amazing time. Food was delicious as always.
