Lived in Aiken for over 30 years and tried Arby's due to Hardee's dining room was closed. I will never go back to Arby's. The roast beef sandwich was poor and the fries had a terrible, old oil taste. Just go to Subway or anywhere else.Almost immediately I received a follow-up from Arby's about my experience as a web form. I tried unsuccessfully for about 20 minutes to provide more information but the web form is faulty and couldn't be submitted. If Arby's wants wants my input then I am easily located. No more forms.
