I love Arby's but not the one in Maricopa because it never fails...EVERY time we order from a delivery service, something is always missing. Today it was an entire meal plus no napkins, no straws, no sauces that I ordered. There really isn't any excuse for this type of service. I probably won't be ordering again from this particular store..it's very disappointing especially after a long hard day at work and you've looked forward to it all day.
