Went through the drive thru. No line to wait. Person taking the order was VERY soft spoke and not clear but took the order just fine. Drive up to the window, payed, and got our food. I specifically asked for buffalo sauce. Didn’t see it in the bag before driving off and asked. The guy at the window said it’s in there. So we pulled forward to let the car behind us get to the window. There was no buffalo sauce in the bag, but horse radish. When we got home we also found out the 9pc nuggets only had 7 nuggets and the REGULAR fries were curly not regular and were cold. Needless to say, NOT HAPPY with this location. I’ll drive across town to the other location, IF I choose to go again.

This Arby's is awesome. It was the third one we hit while car shopping today. First was closed for unknown reasons, second didn't have roast beef ... Hmmm. Guy was cool, helpful, they were eager to switch out the root beer syrup and quickly, too. Only thing is their shirts say "we have all the meats" but they don't have ham anymore. So, without ham, that's not all the meats. There was nothing better than a French dip and a ham slider. I miss that.
